Добавил подкатегории (см. скрин), но при их выводе на сайт - выводяться абсолютно все подкатегории для каждой родительской, а не для каждой родительской категории отдельно. От вас нужно только. чтобы правильно присваивалась подкатегория к категории. Я думаю на скрине понятнее будет. Подозреваю, что поправить код в контроллере надо.
