Responsibilities:
Communicate with potential clients on Instagram and Facebook direct messages: respond to inquiries, clarify needs, forward "hot" leads to the sales department.
Write briefly, clearly, and professionally
Work according to prepared scripts (with the ability to adapt to the situation)
Maintain a simple table with inquiries: record who wrote and about what, and at what contact point they are now.
Respond to comments under posts.
Collaborate with the SMM manager and strategist to ensure messages are current and reactions are timely.
Work format:
Part-time: involvement during the day (1–2 times in the morning, afternoon, and evening), approximately 1–2 hours/day.
Remote, flexible schedule.
Payment: fixed or hourly, plus bonuses for results (discussed individually).
Who we are looking for:
A person who can confidently communicate with clients, with an understanding of B2B logic.
Ideally, you already have experience in communication, sales, or customer service, especially in technical niches: agriculture, equipment, logistics, automotive, tools, etc.
Experience working with farmers, service providers, or equipment dealers is a big plus.
You should have proficient written Ukrainian, a calm and structured presentation, and a desire to understand the product (we will help).
