Client Communication Manager (Instagram, Telegram, CRM)
We are looking for a responsible and attentive specialist to work with clients and manage online communications in an event project. The job involves interacting with subscribers, informing them about events, and supporting players at all stages of registration.
On a daily basis, we have:
In the morning — manually sending a template message to 20 new people in Instagram direct (for example, subscribers of the restaurant). With an interval of 1 minute between messages. That is approximately 30–40 minutes daily.
Auto-sending in Telegram through CRM after publishing the poster. In total — 10 minutes twice a week.
Interaction with players: responding to newcomers, supporting during registration in the bot, adding to the group, providing restaurant contacts or information regarding time. They have various questions. Up to 10 interactions (people) per day.
We count by the week, as on some days there may be no interactions (point 3), while before the game, up to 20 people may write.
Schedule: Wed–Sun.
