Ищу менеджера по продажам в переписке. Возможно работать из дома, но в любом случае, требуются умения продаж, грамотная речь и хорошая усидчивость.
Имеются скрипты - шаблоны для ведения переписки, но навыки и умения в области продаж, все равно необходимы.
Работа 6 дней в неделю.
Оплата 17500 рублей в месяц фикс., +5% от продаж, + 10 000 при выполнении плана, + 20 000 при перевыполнении.
Средняя зарплата нашего сотрудника на этой должности - 60 000 рублей. Оплата - раз в неделю. Сотрудникам, показывающих хорошие результаты, предусмотрено повышение процента от прибыли, и увеличение премии.
Критерии отбора - 21+, м/ж, не особо важно.
Навыки продаж, стрессоустойчивость.
Работа - 8 часов в день. С 8 по мск, до 12-13. И с 13 до 16-17.
Работа не меньше 8 часов в день, но проценты с заказов в остальное время также считаются, в общем учёте для получения премии, заказы в остальное время также учитываются.
