Мы предоставляем сервис "муж на час" в США. Офис находится в Калифорнии, Лос-Анджелес. Деятельность ведем по 40 городам США. Компания молодая, но очень быстро развивается - каждый месяц мы растем на 50-70% по стоимости выполненных работ.
Как выглядит работа
Получаем входящую заявку на ремонт. Звоните/пишите клиенту и уточняет стандартные вопросы.
Диалоги простые - всему научим. 70% в переписке, 30% нужно звонить клиентам и общаться голосом. На английском.

Отмечаете в CRM системе все данные по заказу.
Для работы достаточно комьпютер+микрофон.
Выполнением заказов занимается диспетчер.

вечерний график - с 18:00 до 01:00 по Киеву, то есть большую часть дня можете заняться своими делами

Клиенты нас любят за то, что мы быстрые. Большинство американских компаний ставят клиента в очередь "через месяц-два", мы же начинаем работу на следующий день после заказа.
Мы даем дюжину ценности также для наших мастеров. Большинство наших мастеров - это русскоязычные эмигранты - помогаем "соответчественникам" получить заказы. И оплата за эти заказы на 20-35% выше обычного по рынку стройки в США.
Ищем активного сейлза. С хорошим разговорным.
Нам важно, чтобы Вы могли принять заказ по телефону.
Время работы:
с 18:00 до 01:00 по Киеву.
5 дней в неделю, выходные плавающие.
ЗП:
ставка $400 + % от личной прибыли + % от общей прибыли.
Лучшие сейлзы получают во второй месяц $750, третий $1100.
Первая выплата на карту Приват через 7 дней. Дальше на Payoneer..
