We are looking for a talented software engineer to join our team. Our site is built using the meteor framework. We are currently redesigning the look of the entire site and building out an entirely new product offering.The candidate will be responsible for all front end user interface development in these areas, and on the site in general.
You must have:
At least 4 years of professional experience in Software Engineering, or other Engineering/Scientific discipline that involves coding
Strong knowledge of MeteorJS
Deep experience in JavaScript/Node.js, React, CSS (LESS), Bootstrap, jQuery
Experience working in team in projects with many moving parts
Experience in principles of clean programming, IoC, single responsibility, etc.
Programming experience in at least two languages
Knowledge of angular, vue, knockout, backbone
Ability to work from business requirements and UX mockups down to tasks
Sharp attention to detail and desire to produce visually appealing highly functional interfaces
Excellent communications skills in English
Nice if you have:
Knowledge of grunt, gulp, bower
Experience in complex software projects that involve more than 7 team members
Experience with git, github
