31 USD Hello. I need to create a micro web application for working with Google API on Django 2.5 PRO or FLASH, preferably PRO if possible. It should be similar to the program aistudio.google.com/generate-speech for one voice with the ability to change the TONE, INTONATION, STYLE, etc., as in the Google example. This is done through a prompt. Also, there should be an option to select voices that support Ukrainian and English languages, as documented by Google. The main point is that the example has token limits for audio output per generation. In our app, it should be possible to run up to 20 sequential generations with one setting, each with the maximum number of tokens per generation.
Do not confuse this text-to-audio version with this one: https://console.cloud.google.com/apis/api/texttospeech.googleapis.com/metrics?project=audio-465314&inv=1&invt=Ab2UEQ. These are different models. I have already made an app with the model from the link, but the voice output there is worse. Do not worry about the design at all, just HTML and even without CSS. The main focus is functionality. Please specify the project price, not hourly.
