950 USD General Concept:
We are a group of enthusiasts dedicated to the development of the language and culture of the Gagauz people - a small ethnic group in southern Moldova and Ukraine. We are engaged in Gagauz culture and language, and we have also created a Gagauz language dictionary on a voluntary basis.
We need to finalize the portal on LARAVEL and deliver it turnkey.
Essentially, this will be a mini-portal around our dictionary for user communication and interaction. The work is mainly backend, the design is ready and laid out on blade:

Key features:
1) User profiles and internal messaging (already available), premium subscription (checked via Patreon or independently)
2) News and content parsers from YouTube and Instagram/TikTok
3) Integration of dictionary functionality with the website via API (the API developer is always in touch, JSON instructions are available).
4) Content management directly from the website and user interface.
5) Multilinguality

(highlighted in color are the features that are already available).
The site will have two main interface languages: Gagauz (displayed by default for all users, not needed in the admin panel) and Russian - as the basic system language, because it is convenient to make automatic translation of the site via Google Translate (or alternatives).
We were preparing to launch on Laravel, set up the system, added users, started working on roles, pages, posts, however, the contractor disappeared and let us down significantly - the project has been frozen. We would like you to finalize the project with expertise; AS A LAST RESORT, we can consider the option of transferring to another engine - but the timelines and your skills are very important to us.
We can break the work into a maximum of 2-3 stages and divide the budget based on the principle of 25%+25%+50% or 33%+67%. We say YES to tips (of course, in case of successful work within the deadlines).
