    Здравствуйте. Очень интересен ваш проект и перспектива сотрудничества. Вопрос вот какого характера. Что вы имеете ввиду под двухсторонней геометрией окон? В максе я не силен, но проекты из архикада прекрасно в него экспортируются с сохранением некоторого дерева по материалам , которые потом можно заменить. С построением объемов какой угодно геометрии в программе проблем нет. Как вы относитесь к экспортированым проектам?

    Вы открывали проект архикада в максе? я говорю про корректный экспорт-импорт. попробуйте, а потом сделайте в максе проверку модификатором STL-chek. Думаю все вопросы сразу отпадут. Главное - целостную геометрию архикад не строит, поскольку линии рисует отрезками, а в максе линии рисуются векторными ломаными.

    Все верно DWG DXF прекрасно подходит для импорта сплайнов четежей. НО и Автокад и архикад эти сплайны чертит отрезками. а для создания геометрии без дырок (разрывов) необходимо чертить только замкнутые линии. Я для себя называю такие программы как псевдо-3Д редакторы, к ним отношу Автокад, Архикад, компасс, артлантис и прочие. А вот полноценные 3Д редакторе это: Maya, blender, 3DMAX, XSI, C4D, RHINO.
