Hello. In my opinion, creating such a model, especially so that the file size is manageable for uploading on a webpage, is practically impossible. But it is entirely feasible to program it directly on three.js (spline is exactly the library used for rendering). Moreover, a model might not even be necessary, because everything can be defined using primitives like cylinders. But you'll also need to put in some effort, so if needed - contact me)
