основа роботи - завод у 3D моделі. Якщо у Вас інше бачення "назви категорії", прошу прокоментувати.

тут залежить від того як буде модель з точками інтересу подана у підсумку - у вигляді моделі з точками інтересу для сайту - тоді веб-програмування, у вигляді анімації - тоді категорія анімація.
3д-модель у вас є і тут нема чого робити.

так від визначення того, в якому вигляді ви хочете демонструвати модель (і відповідної категорії на сайту - так ви затригерите потрібних спеціалістів), залежить успішне виконання. "в 3д-моделювання" не робляться точки інтересу. звісно моделери їх можуть зробити також, але вам потрібно щоб це були не просто фінтіфлюшки, а інтерактив - це вам потрібні програмісти.
