Javascript and Typescript, Web Programming — incorrectly specified categories?

Project goals and requirements:
• Make all HTML pages compliant with Google Core Web Vitals Mobile Test.

• Maintain current layout and functionality on each page

All images have been resized to the correct sizes, have dimensions, are optimized and converted to webp to assist in minimizing image loading time. However, there are still issues with Google Core Web Vitals.
Lighthouse shows many of the scripts show a low percentage of usage.
Project Tasks: Edit and/or replace unneeded script in the file(s) that show a large percentage of a script is not being used.
The entire 33 page website is HTML and built on the same HTML template. Developing the correct script on one page should make it possible to use the same script on all the other pages. There are about 12 scripts that are local and can be edited.

Only a person with excellent js and css skills should apply. Design skills are not important. Understanding how a script file impacts a page and what code is not needed is the required skill.

The changes to the website scripts have to accomplish both:
• Current layout and functionality is the same on each page
• Green (90-100) Google Core Web Vitals metrics must be the score on the mobile site on each page.
This is defined as a completed project
