Функционал - вывод картинки и привязка, размещение на картинке Hot Spot (анимированных активных точек) при
нажатии на которые, выводится окошко с описанием. К каждой точке привязаны текстовая информация-описание и рекомендуемые товары, которые должны при нажатии на точку обновляться через Ajax снизу. См. картинку в аттач. Должно корректно работать в мобильной версии и при изменении размеров картинки. В интернете достаточно много js библиотек, как платных, так и бесплатных для реализации Hot Spot ов и модуля для Ajax обновлений, как пример:
