1. "Заказ не должен попадать в
ошибочные" - заказ которому не присвоен статус попадает в Ошибочные, т.е order_status_id = 0. в WayForPay такое происходит когда оплата через ПриватБанк или LiqPay - он не выставляет статус Оплачено.. решается установкой статуса и дальнейшей ручной проверкой платежа. ИМХО никак по другому или не использовать эти методы
4. Это внутренняя проблема вашего сайта, нужно разбираться почему сбрасывается сессия. К методу оплаты не относится.
