How I will solve it:
To convert the video to a 16:9 format, I use Adobe programs: Premiere Pro, After Effects (main one). The vertical video is centered, to convert it to a horizontal format, we duplicate the clip and blur it, using the blur result as a background. We can add a shadow to the edges of the vertical video to separate it from the background.
We create a simple text animation to highlight the leitmotifs: text with a colored background smoothly appears on the screen. No complex effects. Just hints that emphasize the essence and do not distract from other parts of the video.
If necessary, we will adjust the sound so that it is always at the same volume level.
In the end, you will receive a horizontal video ready for publication not only on Kajabi but also on other popular platforms that prioritize horizontal video formats.

The volume of the material to be reviewed slightly increases the timelines – I will specify them.
