TECHNICAL ASSIGNMENT:
Selection of quality stocks according to the content of the script. Change of frame every 5 seconds, moments every 2-3 minutes.
Working with text: It is necessary to implement the display on the screen of elements such as dates, time, and other chronological elements of the script.
The text must be animated and accompanied by sound design, according to the reference.
The video should include cuts from news and other media outlets. All events and topics of the video are real events.
Characters:
When a character is introduced in the script, it should be displayed in the video as a pixelated avatar, according to the reference provided below, which can be created using artificial intelligence. There is no need to animate it; it can be static.
The duration of the video is approximately 13-15 minutes
Budget from 1300 to 1500 hryvnias for 1 video depending on the length
