Cloudflare setup for the website

Need a specialist in Cloudflare to set up website protection against DDoS attacks without harming SEO.

The site runs on Node.js + Next.js + React, connected to Cloudflare (Free plan). Recently there was an HTTP flood, a large number of GET requests, some of which reached the origin server, creating load. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the traffic and resolve all issues.

It is also necessary to properly configure Cloudflare so that:

 - effectively protect the site from HTTP flood / DDoS and other threats

 - not negatively impact SEO and indexing

 - not block Googlebot and other search bots

 - minimize traffic that reaches the origin

 - without errors in Google Search Console

 - possibly additional caching rules

 - recommendations or firewall settings to protect the origin

Experience specifically with Cloudflare + Next.js will be a big plus. At the end of the work, a report is needed on what has been changed and why, and in which specific sections of Cloudflare.
