We have an old (occasionally problematic, but currently working and familiar) website on CMS Wezom (as far as I heard, this is Laravel) and there is CRM SalesDrive, where we process orders from other websites (OpenCart, Prom, Rozetka).
From the website in question (on CMS Wezom), an export of orders was also set up (that is what we are implementing), but it was a bit clumsy - there were bugs where not all products were pulled in some cases), but this imperfect import recently completely failed.
The contractor who did this export "earlier" - initially fed us "breakfasts" for a long time, and now has completely disappeared =(
And the functionality is needed, so we decided to look for another specialist.

The task is complicated by the fact that, as I wrote above, the website is old and occasionally problematic (when someone tries to redo something).
So much so that after the last interventions, the development company (they supported and serviced it all the time) spent several days fixing some issues and refused further maintenance. So - the level of responsibility for their work is "interesting" 😅
This is to say that the export of orders needs to be done without making changes to the website's operation, but, conditionally, for some script to collect data from the order and send it to SalesDrive ("I'm not a programmer", so pardon me if I misrepresented something).
And the main task in all this is not to break the website's operation, so I ask specialists who understand what to do to avoid causing harm to respond.
