- Order conversion

- Client source indicators
- Financial reporting
- For all metrics, there is the possibility to specify parameters for viewing statistics (For a certain period, by source, by manager, by service)
- Also, we configured several pages for convenient viewing of separate reports

- All data was pulled from Google Sheets filled in by sales managers.
- Configured metrics to track the sales process (number of orders in a period, money per order, achievement dynamics in plan breakdown)
- Configured logistics indicators (number of orders and shipping costs for them) for different delivery methods
- Configured production indicators (how many products are in production, how many products are returned from production)
