Одна з проблем, з якою зіштовхнулися і потрібне рішення:
Через велику кількість клієнтів з якими ведемо спілкування у телеграмі, згодом при створенні нового контакту, отримали наступне повідомлення: "ця людина ще не використовую телеграм, ви можете відправити запрошення."
Але при цьому, людина номер якої додаємо у контакти, 100% вже зареєстрована у телеграмі!
Що робити? Як додати новий контакт через номер телефону?

Як варіант просіть нікнейм(посилання на користувача) користувача, це значно спростить роботу.

Доброго дня! Така штука це через налаштування конфіденційності у самого користувача. З цим нічого не зробиш, людина має мати Вас у контактах і у себе тільки тоді буде все ок.

Але такого раніше не було. І навіть людину у якої повністю відкритий акаунт (немає блокувань у конфіденційності) неможливо додати у контакти.

Тоді спробуйте через веб-версію додати або через мобільний додаток, може телеграм забагав.
