Hello! I will briefly describe one of the recent projects with a similar logic for CLYP.

Everything happens through a Telegram bot. A person enters the bot, we track every click, and we send the data to a table. The table contains information about each person, as well as general information about the stages of the funnel (how many people reached each stage). Depending on the actions of the person in the funnel, they receive the corresponding next steps. The main task is to lead to contact with the manager. Upon receiving a request, the manager receives a notification with the specified stages for the user and engages in a dialogue. All stages are updated in the table. In this case, I used: a constructor, API requests, and Google Sheets.

Traffic channels can be separated (Instagram, website, advertising, TikTok, etc.).
