In Ads Manager Fb, the created retargeting audiences are not loading. Probably, the enabled Advantage+ is not allowing it. But it is also not possible to turn it off.
I am attaching screenshots. In the first one, it is visible that the audiences are created. In the second one, it is visible that they are not being pulled into Ads Manager.
No campaign setup or optimization is required from the executor. It is only necessary to overcome Fb's AI and launch a campaign with dynamic remarketing for people who visited specific products + added specific products to the cart.
