Люблю читать сообщения "специалистов". Нет на этот телефон сип прошивки и никогда не было. Выдыхаем.

Встречаются. Но на фрилансе я почти уверен, никто не будет танцевать шаманские танцы с бубном, что-бы втулить туда кастом прошивку. Ну либо за очень большие деньги.
