You will be able to redirect either all your traffic, a separate subnet or VLAN, or even just 1 device; the complexities in reconfiguration will not add to this.
In particular, such a remote Mikrotik CHR can be used for various other tasks simultaneously, for example, to centrally manage Mikrotik WiFi access points with Capsman or to organize network management, run containers, etc.
In addition to the price in the announcement, in such an offer, you will also need to pay for the rental of the VPS server itself - on average, it costs about $5/month from different providers (and annual rates have larger discounts).
Also, for greater bandwidth, a license is required for CHR, which officially costs a one-time fee of $45, and it can be used even if you run CHR anywhere else, as it can be transferred between servers. However, if high tunnel speed is not required, then such a license is not necessary.
