Lead Generation on Upwork – Targeted Advertising Niche

We are a young but ambitious marketing agency that is actively developing and looking for talented specialists to help us attract new clients through the Upwork platform.

Your Responsibilities – Client Search on Upwork:

🔹 Writing Proposals:

• Creating compelling responses that directly address the client's needs and demonstrate potential for collaboration, using the trained ChatGPT model.

• Finding creative ways to enhance the effectiveness of responses.

• Editing and refining texts created by GPT.

• Continuous improvement of the model by providing correct commands and feedback.

🔹 Daily Tasks:

• Sending at least 10 proposals per day.

• Quick response — it is important to reply within an hour after a relevant job posting.

• Searching for relevant and appropriate requests in our niche.

• Assessing the solvency of potential clients.

• Keeping reports on completed work.

• Continuous improvement of the client acquisition strategy.

✔️ Basic knowledge of setting up Facebook Ads (having certificates will be an advantage).

Terms of Cooperation:

💰 Estimated Monthly Payment: $400
💰 Base Salary: $200/month (payment through escrow at the beginning of work) 
💰 Bonus: $200 for 20 client responses per month ($10 for each response that initiated a dialogue). 

(payment through escrow at the end of the project or bonuses)

📌 Your salary depends not only on the number of proposals written but also on their quality — we are interested in the result.
