Как я вижу интеграцию:
1 делаем xml товаров и выливаем их в розетку, в ручном режиме. При этом могут быть проблемы с категориями и свойствами товаров (так как они будут не совпадать с розеточными),
2 в админке у товаров надо завести розетка ид и проставить его для изменения цены и количества по АПИ
3 можно забирать заказы
те в автоматическом режиме п 2 и 3
