Сергей, а какая проблема с версией в мудл если мудл это пхп проект с открытым исходным кодом? При чем тут вин7/32?

Не включаются настройки в Open Server под x64 плюс нужен протокол https. Можно конечно установить сразу на тестовый хостинг и с ним работать.

Сама система у нас установлена. Задачу можно решать по живому. Поскольку еще не было коммерческого запуска. Вопрос только в удобстве работы с хостингом. Ну и вы же можете использовать апач + пхп7 для локальной установки.
