тут вед не нужно создавать создать соц сеть а нужно парсит ссылки который в доноре находется в блоке как плейлист и думаю задача не так и сложно и если што есть не доделанная демо програма

ну раз ни чего сложного то удачного творческого пути а за эти деньги тут тебя с таким проектом максимум кинут. Если бы вы хоть немного понимали что предлагаете сделать то и цена нормальная была бы
