Есть сервис . есть веб морда.
Веб морда раз в указанный промежуток времени ходит к сервису, и забирает новые данные.
Необходимо визуализировать эти данные в определенном виде, в виде таблички и текста, понятного пользователю.
Ваша задача будет в отдельном вполне обособленном файле js, там надо написать код, который будет парсить получаемые данные. Все данные в джейсон формате.
Аналогичный функционал уже реализован для других задач поэтому фактически нужно будет скопипастить и подстроить некоторые особенности
