The logic that needs to be implemented:
The client clicks the "order" button on the website, thereby subscribing to push notifications automatically.
When placing an order, a unique user identifier is transmitted, which is recorded in the CRM and in OneSignal.
The CRM system SalesDrive sends a webhook when the shipping status changes, the script processes it and sends the data to OneSignal. OneSignal sends a message to the client about the status change. Additionally, a push notification is automatically sent to this user on the 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th, and 7th day with a reminder to pick up the package with the tracking number; if the client has picked up the package earlier, the push is not sent (the status has changed to success). It is also necessary to record the success of sending the push in SalesDrive in a separate field and update it each time during the push sending (depending on the day).
SalesDrive has an API for adding or updating an order.
In OneSignal, create 3 audience segments based on the order amount and add them accordingly when processing the request.
Error handling needs to be implemented, logging to a file about the success of the sent data and messages, and the requests need to be optimized for working with the API.
