Во-первых, кацапская ЦМС, сама по себе скудная, поддерживать ее вы так же навряд ли сможете.
« Думал, что автоматически фильмами заполнится сайт, но оказалось не так» - это тоже сильно.
Если вы хотите сайт ( в понимании серьезного проекта с целью дальнейшей монетизации ), а не студенческую работу, коим является сие творение, то надо все писать с нуля, надо сервер, надо железо. У вас есть мощности для хранения 30 к фильмов с высоким разрешением и трансляции их сотням пользователей одновременно ?

Цмс - это 10-й вопрос. Такие агрегаторы собираются методом работы с несколькими апи, как лостфильм, кубик и тд, кто занимается переводами. Апи все платные, какая из цена - это ваш задача. Само веб-приложение должно быть легким, привлекательным и гибким с точки зрения юзабилити. Я например, работаю на джанго, но верстка и дизайн не ко мне. Кроме того, если вы хотите сами админить свой проект, то ничего путнего у вас не выйдет (я никогда не встречал толковый проект, который построен на какой-то цмс и его админил человек без навыков программирования, администрирования, понимания в целом бекэнда и фронта). Вам нужно еще 2-3 чел минимум в штат. Это не так-то просто. Для начала наймите толкового проектного менеджера - это мой вам совет
