Как понять "упрощенную" ?
Ручную, без электропривода, какую-то часть, ЧТО ИМЕННО УПРОЩЕНО?
Есть идеи или задумки? Уточните задачу.

Попроще без станков с чпу. Два сварщика и слесарь. Нужны чертежи.

Вопрос был не о количестве Ваших рабочих, а о конструкции устройства.
Если Вы хотите полностью СКОПИРОВАТЬ данное устройство то без мех. обработки никак не обойтись.
Там и транспортер и резак и еще много такого, что 2 сварщика и слесарь не сделают...
Давайте конкретное задание, лучше по узлам (мойка, резка, сушка....).

Похоже, что заказчик понятия не имеет о тех действиях, которые требуются даже при элементарном копипасте чужих разработок. Я уже молчу про такие понятия, как техническое задание, техническое предложение, эскизный проект и т.д.
Обычно в таких случаях говорят: экстрасенсов в штате не держим, но помочь составить тоже ТЗ за умеренную плату - всегда пожалуйста!
