Пишите в поддержку гугла просите скинуть ссылки с проблемой - Небезопасное ПО - скорей всего что есть ссылки которые находит гугл. В серч консоли может и не видно быть ошибок. И потом с проблемами идете к тем кто сайт делал пусть устраняют
