Wall panel 800×800 mm for 3D printing
18 USD Flat, seamless-looking wall panel measuring 800 × 800 mm, thickness 5 mm, divided into 16 tiles (4×4), each 200 × 200 × 5 mm.
The surface is smooth and looks "seamless" when assembled - like a canvas for a painting.
Connections
All internal joints between the tiles must contain a pair of "puzzle-joint half-dove-tail" type on each common edge, hidden from the front side and fully located within the 5 mm thick panel.
Perimeter flange (back side)
A continuous vertical flange runs along the outer perimeter on the back: height 25 mm down, thickness 5 mm. Flange segments are only on the tiles that form the outer edge.
Marking on the back
Each tile has a small engraved ID marking only on the back side (for example, A1-D4).
Result
Bambu Studio project file .3mf (compatible with A1) with 16 separate objects in full scale in millimeters (A1-D4). The tiles can be laid out on several print plates.
