Имеется ютуб канал с 14000 подписчиками, все программы и сервисы выдают среднюю прибыль в месяц 100 уе, а в реальности приносит 4-5 уе. Видимо что-то не так, нужен спец с опытом который устранит недочеты.

Партнёрка ютуба платит, не за просмотры, а за так называемые "коммерческие просмотры", то есть, если человек при просмотре Ваших видео случайно нажимает на рекламку, Вам за это начисляется деньги, так что статистика и разные программы ооооченььь сильно преувеличивают.
Совет, развивайте канал, чем больше просмотров, тем больше получите денег, ищите спонсоров, и сотрудничайте с разными сервисами или брендами, делая в видео рекламу их продукции, за это хорошо платят(намного больше чем доход с просмотров).
Ну и Ютюб это не место где нужно стремиться всё делать "ради денег", здесь люди творчеством занимаются, а деньги, это приятное вознаграждение.
