Список задач:
1) Кроссбраузерность масок - edge - отказаться от css свойства mask: и переделать маски используя html тег svg для масок видео и карт, а для картинок лучше png сохранить и слить слой вместе с контурной маской для все картинок. На скорость при использованиии lazyload это не повлияет
2) Убрать сохраненные в jpg картинки (есть белый фон) и сохранить в png, переписав свойства для отображения в старых версиях ие
3) Кроссбраузерность css backface viisibility hidden поворот картинки или svg image <image xlink:href="img/batutpoint.jpg" /> в edge и explore не отображается картинка (черный квадрат) — можно попробовать в png сохранить. если будет проблема с прозрачностью png картинки в ie то использовать fixpng
4) переписать джава скрипт "анимация команды", выбросить все ненужное для отображения в старых версиях ие
5) добавить меню используя функцию lazyscroll
6) добавить сенкью пейдж вместо всплывающей картинки

Я бы на вашем месте переделал сайт, добавить менюшку и разделить его на странички будет куда лучше, чем одна оочень длинная страничка, будет быстрее грузить и можно сразу в процессе убрать проблемы
