Как мы видим исходя из форумов:
1. К пк подключаются 3g модемы.
2. Прописывается маршрутизация.
3. Поднимается прокси на софте, например 3proxy и делается прокси для каждого канала.
4. Наша программа получает доступ к каналам интернета через прокси настроенные на пк.
