The Google Ads payment profile can be easily changed through support: for this, a request is needed (I will send it on your behalf), a filled permission form (I will fill it myself), and the Google Ads admin must follow the link g.co/verifyaccount and click the "Yes" button.
The name/pseudonym of the Google Ads account does not affect anything. Only the company name in the Google Ads payment profile matters for verification (your surname, first name, and patronymic must be indicated).
The extract you mentioned is not suitable: it must be an extract from the register of single tax payers (if you are an individual entrepreneur of groups 1-2) or a VAT payer certificate (if you are an individual entrepreneur of the third tax group).
You will also need a fiscal receipt for October or November for item 16 of the BOV form (the receipt can be not real, but drawn by you in Photoshop or made fictitiously through your online cash register account).
