Goal: Ensure a stable connection to the "My Warehouse" API through a server in Germany for reliable data synchronization.
Problem Description:

Main site on VPS in Ukraine (NetX).
Second VPS in Germany to improve connection with "My Warehouse".
Network Issues:
The proxy connection through the German VPS is unstable, resulting in connection losses with the "My Warehouse" API.
Squid has already been installed on the VPS, but it is not functioning properly. What needs to be done:
1. Clean the system
Completely remove Squid and all related files, including:
/etc/squid/custom systemd services (for example,
squid-monitor.service)scripts like
squid_monitor.sh, if they exist
2. Install the latest stable version of Squid
Package installation or compilation (depending on recommendations)
Ensure the creation of a standard configuration file (
/etc/squid/squid.conf)Write the basic settings (can start with a simple
allow allfor testing)
3. Configure Squid to start automatically
Check
systemctl enable squidEnsure that Squid starts without errors after reboot
4. Implement monitoring and auto-recovery
Create a systemd service or another mechanism for automatic monitoring of the log

Logging to a separate file, log rotation – bonus
5. Check functionality
The proxy should respond to requests on port 3128
Work with

Справа ваша. Не нав'язуюсь. Робіть як знаєте, якщо хочете. Немаю ні бажання, а ні часу вести тут теревені, якщо ви так впевнені. Свою думку залишаю - Squid там дуже наврядчи потрібен і виглядає як зайве колесо і спроба вирішити проблему через чат-жпт.
