Компьютер клиента, который работает по FTP заразился вирусом, который через FTPклиент с сохранёнными паролями выкладывал всю эту лабуду на сайт.
Так что, перед тем как чистить всё на сервере, прогоните свой локальный компьютер на вирусы.
