📌 Initial data:
There is a ready-made Telegram bot on Salebot, applications are stored in Google Sheets
The website is under development, applications will also come from the website
Goal: fully automate the receipt of applications, client creation, invoicing, and sending reminders via bot or website.
🎯 CRM goal:
Automatically register all applications from the bot.
Create a new client and deal.
Automatically assign tasks to performers.
Issue an invoice (via built-in system or Stripe integration).
Track payment status.
Send the client information about the company and subsequent steps.
Remind about deadlines (Annual Report, IRS reports, HMRC, etc.)
Store company documents in a structured way (Google Drive).
🔑 Tasks for the performer:
1️⃣ Select the optimal CRM
Recommend a suitable option (Bitrix24, Zoho, or Salebot CRM) considering that the bot is already on Salebot.
2️⃣ Set up Salebot → CRM integration
When receiving an application, the bot creates a deal with fields: Name, Telegram username, email, phone, service, payment status.
3️⃣ Configure automatic client and deal creation
Each new application → new client (or select existing if it matches) + new deal.
4️⃣ Set up statuses and pipeline:
New application → Payment (payment is already connected in Salebot, so ideally immediately check if paid or not, payment will also be accepted on the website. Need to suggest the best way to track payment and immediately transfer payment data to CRM) → In progress → Completed - Feedback.
5️⃣ Automatic invoice creation and sending
Invoice is generated automatically based on client data from the application.
Send payment link to the client via Telegram and email if not paid, or the invoice if paid.
✅ Expected result:
Complete integration of Salebot → CRM → invoice → payment → status → auto-mailings.
The manager sees all applications and their statuses without manual control.
Due to the inability to create a project with a budget over 27,000, the project is divided into 2 parts, and we consider 1 performer for both parts and the execution of the entire project.
