Facebook Pixel Settings for a Shopify Site
What is the problem:
I set up Facebook sales channel and set up everything in order.The pixel is active, the events run, match quality is good.I have set up Pixel tracking + server API tracking (all according to the instructions, but it may be somewhere wrong), the number of events inside the Event Manager looks quite accurate.However, the purchase events are not displayed in the Ad Manager (page views, ATC and ICH are displayed, but in approximately 20% of cases).After that I set UTM tracking through Google Analytics, and the sales really went, just Facebook for a reason didn’t want to show them inside the Ad Manager.What I’ve tried to do:
Create a new advertising account
Create a new pixel.
- Change the original theme to the standard (now “Debut”)
- Reset the pixel/reset the sales channel
Nothing of this.Then I added one script that I found on the Shopify forum to Additional scripts (the script is attached below), and Purchase events began to appear in my Ad Manager, but the data was incorrect.At least, the sales are twice, sometimes more, the Purchase Conversion Value is also incorrect, sometimes it shows the sales for a amount that is generally impossible to in my store (conditionally, it shows 24 euros, and I have no one product to be sold at such a price).The script that I added:

In short, without the script simply through the sales channel no purchases are displayed, with the script is displayed at least twice the purchases and completely incorrect Purchase Conversion Value.Please help me 🙂
P.S. I had a similar problem with TikTok, he was perfectly tracking the ATC and the checkouts, but didn’t track the sales.That’s why I’ve added another script to Additional scripts for him, and now TikTok works well.So, the real problem may be somewhere deeper.

Не знаю в чем у тебя проблема там все через партнерскую интеграцию настраивается, чекаут браузерное событие он не дает отслеживать если у тебя не самого высокого уровня тариф. Но через партнерскую работает так себе, качество сопоставления плохое на уровне 4-5

Проблема в том, что через партнерскую интеграцию не отображаются ивенты в Ad Manager. В Event Manager ивенты есть. И продажи шли точно через ад сет, потому что UTM Гугла так показывает

Странно конечно посмотрел у себя в аккаунте добавил столбец например добавление в корзину и в эдс менеджере вижу рекламные события

И я вижу обычно, но только когда скрипт стоит. То есть, проблема со стороны ФБ скорее всего?

Скорей шопифай но они будут друга на друга кидать проблемы, там в поддержку на англ в шопифай напиши и обьясни ситуацию со скринами
