We have an MMORPG game. Conversions (registration, file downloads, etc.) are already created in Google Analytics. An audit needs to be conducted to check their functionality and adjust the analytics. It is also important to set up a convenient system for tracking advertising sources and create a clear dashboard.
Tasks:
Check and, if necessary, correct existing conversions in Google Analytics.
Check event tracking through Google Tag Manager (registration, file downloads, transitions, and other key actions).
Set up a UTM-tag system:
explain the principle of operation and rules for tag formation;
create ready-made examples of links for Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Telegram, Discord, etc.;
compile instructions for the team so that we can generate links ourselves.
Create a technical specification for the web developer to add the necessary conversions to advertising campaigns for full tracking.
Create a dashboard in Google Data Studio (Looker Studio) to visualize key metrics: number of registrations, CPA, conversions by sources, effectiveness of advertising campaigns.
Provide recommendations for optimizing analytics and tracking advertising effectiveness.
