Настройка микротик
Нужно настроить базовые настройки и сделать так чтобы подключался к интернету через lte, по верх lte подключить впн так чтобы при разрыве впн трафик блокировался, с впн подключиться к ssh и перенаправить трафик ssh на выход с лан портов.

насчет микротика не скажу. нужно трафик ссш гнать в лан порты чтобы там был обычный траф с ип ссш тонеля?

Все верно, нужно выстроить цепочку lte + vpn (сделать так чтобы при обрыве впн трафик блокировался) + ssh (чтобы на выходе с лан портов был ip ssh)

Что значит "блокировался трафик при разрыве впн"? В каком направлении ? Или мюимеется в виду, трафик должен ходит весь только в туннеле?
Какой впн? Сайт-ту-сайт, поинт-ту-сайт?

При падении впн, лте подключение должно блокироваться, а не идти на прямую в ssh.
VPN будет поднят на сервере, и он должен быть стеной между LTE и SSH, на выходе в lan порты должен идти ip адресс ssh.
