- Какой именно движок браузера будет встроен?
- Список прокси серверов вы предоставляете?

Я имел в виду, что вы арендуете IP прокси серверов и движок браузера работает через эти прокси.

Я не особо знаком с возможностями, которые предоставляют хостинг провайдеры. То, что я реализовывал раньше: клиент запускает программу на своей машине, список IP адресов прокси берется из файла. Т.е. эти прокси клиент предварительно арендовал (много сайтов есть, например: https://proxy-store.com/ru )
