Если я не ошибаюсь, то webmin используется для администрирования сервера, а virtualmin для создания виртуальных машин на хост-системе. А в ТЗ идет информация о том, как настройки и оптимизировать сайт на Joomla, и совсем немного о настройке сервера, конкретно в webmin/virtualmin, как включать и отлючать кеширование, бекапы и освобождать место на диске на сервере.
Поправьте, если я ошибаюсь. На проект подписался, постараюсь помочь разобраться с проблемами.
