Здравствуйте! В Опенкарте по дефолту не реализованна подгрузка товаров, а просто скрывать ето - безсмысленно. Потому для реализации могу делать подгрузку через js.
Вижу что нет окошка заказать звонок, но кнопка есть. Реализовать могу.
У вас Опенкарт уже установлен на хост для работы?

ну во первых максимально быстро и просто натянуть не получится
если вы готовы докупать доп. модули, тогда ок -

в opencart реализован функционал постраничной навигации
т.е что бы сделать подгрузку остальных продуктов, нужно или ставить модуль или ковырять движок
в верстке вообще реализовано костылями, там блок с остальными продуктами просто скрыт, что не может быть перенесено на динамичный сайт
т.е этот пункт в любом случаи переделывать
такая же ситуация с табами
могу сделать как по дефолту функциональность этих пунктов
оставить постраничную навигацию
а табы, сделать ссылками на категории -
