Скорее всего попадает под фильтр спама.
Попробуйте сначала с тестового ящика(предварительно разрешив доставку писем от данного сайта)

пробовали и с другого сайт на на другом хостинге на другой ящик

В спаме может и не быть писем, так как они фильтруются роботом еще до этого момента.
Надо "жестко" в настройках почты прописать адрес сайта как разрешенный

И вот, если после этого тоже не будут приходить письма тогда проблема в сайте. А если будут тогда надо переделывать MAIL(ер) Вашего сайта.

А как же тогда письмо нам приходит, если это фильтруется роботом и принимается за спам? Не приходит только стороне отправившей заявку. Еще раз говорю, адреса мы указывали разные, что для получения нами заявок, что в самих заявках с сайта. И всегда нам письма приходят, а FormItAutoResponder - нет.
