Условное ТЗ есть в виде, уже реализованного калькулятора со всеми формулами в Икселе.
Необходимо вместе с проект менеджером разобраться в задаче и составить условное ТЗ именно уже для работы программиста. Выяснить, что заполняется на бекенде и уточнить все формулы.
