Планирует сайт для ЖЕКа Жилого комплекса в Киевской области.

Нужно сделать программную часть описанную в ТЗ.
1. Идентификация клиентов на сайте по средством номера телефона с подтверждение через код с СМС.
1.2. Подключение СМС-сервиса (какой именно сервис будет подключен думаю не суть важно, сервис выберется в течение 2-3 дней).
2. Интеграция с 1С. Личный кабинет клиента, с возможностью оплаты услуг по своим объектам недвижимости.
Все подробно описано в ТЗ. В прототипе можно понять, где и как все будет располагаться.
Нужен специалист, у которого есть опыт (или четко знает как) в работе с СМС авторизацией на сайте, в синхронизации с базой 1С и опыт в работе с платежами (генерация квитанций на оплату, СМС-напоминания о необходимости оплатить услуги и т.д.). Думаю расписал все понятно, если будут вопросы - задавайте.
Свои предложения указывайте в гривневой валюте с указанием более точных сроков выполнения.
